Processing & Shipping Times
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once shipped, delivery times vary based on location and chosen shipping method.

Please note that processing times may be extended during high-volume periods such as holidays and promotional events.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We partner with a major carrier, USPS, to ensure reliable delivery.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your package’s progress.

International Shipping
We do not ship internationally at this time.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Greyson's Legacy Natural Hair Care is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. If an issue arises, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist with filing a claim if needed.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the package.
